when i was in italy last year, i ordered lasagna from a place called "trattoria gigi"
this was the best food ive eaten in my life. all it was was a stack of pasta, nothing intbetween the pieces, and it had this amazing sauce.
im trying to replicate the recipie, but i cant seem to find it online.
the sauce was just this orangy red, liquid. with no discenable ingredients besides the odd tiny little piece of hamberger. the consistancy was kinda like cream.
anybody know what im talking about? any links to any recipies that anyone might know of? it looked kinda like this:

Ok you know I'm kidding around, but
I think I should ask you:
just how hungry were you when you ate this sauce?

I've eaten things that seemed wonderful at the time I ate them, only because I was really hungry.
Hunger is the best spice, or so I have heard it said.
Any chance that's what happened here?
