Devil May Cry: A great game, with some minor annoyances.
The good:
The graphics hold up quite well, even amongst later games, they convay a dark, creepy atmosphere, almost like Resident Evil.
This game has the coolest cutscenes I have seen.
The sound track is amazing, it goes from soft music that builds tension, to high speed hardcore rock
The story and characters are compelling, Dante is the best anti-hero since Alucard from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
The gameplay requires exploring, and high speed, high intensity fighting, and the infinite supply of ammo is nice.
As far as replay value goes, you unlock more difficulty settings with each completion of the game, an extra character to play as, and a mode with constant Devil Trigger(a powered up state where speed and strength are immensly increased)
The bad:
The fixed camera is annoying, as it sometimes shifts in such a manner that Dante gets turned around if you don't change the direction you are holding.
If you die and run out of continues, you don't start from the last place where you saved, you restart the mission.
