Sorry, DN, I think you have a better chance of finding Brians than Brains in the time left.
I don't get it - what's the deal with brains anyhow?

You know, it's too late to fill them with hooch and stick them in the fridge, you should have started that business way back in the middle of summer.
If you try to do it now, the flavor of the brains will not permeate the hooch very much at all, and you will end up with a fancy serving pitcher, that's all.
