Is this a squeal or a pirate version of metroid

Sequel I think is Metriod 2 The Return of Samus for the Gameboy, I think this is a hack.

Hey does anyone know what program people use to make maps of games like these

is there a program or do I just have to take screen shots?

I know theres a program but the name escapes me, Kazio Mario world was made with that program.

awesome thanks Kong I just had to download a copy of the rom and those hackers work great.

I will still have to go through and put everything togeather but atleast I dont have to play throught the entire game guessing where to go next ;D

Just to let you guys know what I am doing I am going to be taking each individual screens

which is about a 30x30 grid and putting those screens into a photoshop so when you play the game you can follow along and see where you are in the jist of things...

and then I may make a video of the game beating it as a walk through.

I can do the same thing for the original metriod as well if you guys want.

thanks to kong the screenshot map of brinstar has been added to the first post of this thread.

I have some screens to edit because they are not needed but were on the map I was using (mainly in the top left corner)

If you find any hidden energy packs or missle upgrads let me know so I can update the map I am working on adding notes to the map and hidden passages

I will be doing the other areas next and then possibly even post a 100% speed run game play walkthrough.

also If you play this game I recomend you use the game genie code tenser found for multi jumps "KEPGEI" because this game requires super skill jumps.

I personally like the other hack of Metroid better, you actually feel like your going somewhere, this one feels like an infinate loop

I am almost done putting the maps togeather... probably by the end of next week then I will make a video of a speed run
