I went once for a deal on the Wii when it came out. It was as awful as you could imagine. Angry people desperate for any deal they can grab with their grubby paws. The electronics counter was surrounded with these people and all five employees were stressed out almost immediately, understandably so.

The worst part is people need to be controlled like children or they'll just go wild. All their decency goes out the window. They need to have tickets and wait in line to control the stampedes. I find that incredibly sad.

It's total revenue, not unit sales. Even if unit sales go down, people seem to be spending more on DLC and the premium Elite service. Digital sales on Steam may not be factored into units moved either.

They do note that in the long term it may sell less than previous titles, but that hardly matters when you make back the entire game budget (and a lot more) in the first 24 hours of sale.

To summerize what's going on in laymens terms, the key to this glitch is Yoshi getting nothing in his mouth, but going through the normal actions as if he did, and when he spits out nothing, the game crashes. The reason is, when he spits something out it tries to excecute code, but no item = no code, the machine doesn't know what to do, so it freezes. In this case he gets the end screen is because he does the stuff with the fish before hand, the fish trigger a random number generator, since they move randomly. So they guy figured out how many fish bounces would it take to push the random number generator into just the right spot that the code to trigger the end screen would execute, instead of the normal game crash.
