On the title screen, press Up, Right, Right, Down, Down, Down, Left, Left, Left and Left. Now start the game as normal, but as soon as it starts, press pause and then hold down Buttons 1 and 2. Now press the D-Pad in one of the following directions to get a level select cheat:
Up.Level 1
Right.Level 2
Down.Level 3
Left.Level 4
