I need help with flash pro

Um... does anybidy know how to solve this?:( When I import this MP3 file I get this error "One or more files where not imported because there where problems reading them"
How can I solve this?:(

Flash does not play variable bit rate MP3s. You must use a fixed bitrate and a sample rate multiple of 11,025Hz (e.g: 11KHz, 22KHz, 44KHz). 32Kb/s is best.
