Okay my memory is a little hazy on this game, because i was quite young when i played it but here are the things that set it apart.
-You had a little gang with you that you could use to fight
-Mythical setting
-Bird's eye view i think
-Teleports were used to get to the next level
-PC game
-Played it in 1997-98
-The word 'gladiator' constantly springs to mind
-Part of your team you could have a halfling, only halflings could go into the trees and throw stones threw the trees
-I remeber finding it on AOL
-You had to send off for the whole game
-Different colours were used for different teams i.e red team was bad
-You could recruit new people after every level
-Remember a level where i had a team and i surged forward and there was a big warrior waiting in the middle and a small army behind him.
