does anybody know any good software for converting files file iso to elf or dol to elf?
also could anybody help me translate the text for 0835_Bobobohbo_Bohbobo_Ougi_87.5_Bakuretsu_Hanage_ Shinken_JAP_GBA-POLLA?

no offense but your guys software is really old. :-\
the only text i can understand is the bluntly oblivious like nose hair attacks, start commands, and some names.

I don't think you can convert an ISO to elf or an elf to dol. Are you dealing with Wii homebrew? What exactly is your ultimate goal?

As far as translating Japanese text, that's something that would take a long time, so I don't think that's someone would be willing to do for you unless they were also a big fan of the game. I don't even know what the game is.
