Humorous Video Game Deaths

Ever had an incredibly funny video game death that you can't keep to yourself? Well, post it here! Share with the community the humor that comes from a funny video game death! These deaths can also be done by friends and CPUs.

Examples that have happened to me:

1. Once I was playing Super Mario 64 DS. I was on Tall, Tall Mountain. At the beginning, there are two trenches. One has a bottom, one doesn't. I tried to jump over the bottomless one, I didn't make it. So I was falling when I started to scrape the walls. I took the oppurtunity to wall jump to the top. After several minutes of wall jumping, I got out. So I turn around to jump over it again, I still don't make it, so I try a mid-air slide attack, I hit the wall, and fall to my death.

2. When I was playing Super Smash Bros Brawl Co-op Events. We killed one of the enemies, then my friend died. After some time fighting, I send the CPU flying upwards, next thing I knew, a Bomb sent me straight up after him. We were spiralling to our dooms, I was slighter farther away. The CPU died, when I was still "alive" and my friend and I won the event.

3. When another one of my friends was at my house, we were playing Brawl. One time, we were double teaming level 9 opponents in a 3 man battle. I was gone, as well as one other CPU. My friend does a smash attack, launching the CPU into the spiral state. All of a sudden, a Bob-omb comes out and hits my friend, launching him to the side, killing him, just a couple milliseconds before the CPU died.

ok, a real death...i was driving a warthog on halo 3 and some dude flipped it with a gravity hammer, then sticky bombed me while i was still underneath.

me and my freind were palying double dragon in the arcade when we were 6 or 7, and we beat the last boss and didnt realise we were supposed to fight each other, so were running around the place as times ticking trying to figure out what to do, and i accidentally fall off the screen and he gets the girl...

bonus: some of the double dragon characters are named after the characters from enter the dragon: williams, bolo, roper, and thats all i can think of off hand, there may be more.

I played worms world party last night, and I was battling three computers and every character was near, I threw a holy hand grenade and everyone fell into a pit, and then the ai just shot downwards with a rocket launcher, and the hole got bigger and you saw worms bouncing around the hole and then one died and blew up which caused a bigger hole and another death, and then another one died and blew up and the worms flew every where, then it just kept happening worms gept dieing and making the hole bigger, until they all dug to the water and drowned, it won't sound funny from here, but last night I was litterally laughing until I couldn't breath, believe it was hilarious if you were there ;D

i used to have a 3d version of worms, it was called "hogs of war" it was awsome for hilarious deaths

yeah I've played the 3d one before too, but 2d is just as good ;D

I was playing F-Zero X for the N64, and I was in Death Match. I just did a spin attack eliminating 4 opponents. Then I did another, eliminating 3 opponents. Then my friend I was playing with came from whoknowswhere and did his own spin attack which killed me and 2 other CPUs.

Funny death on an opponent in Pokemon Colosseum:

I was fighting Lady Venus in Realgam Tower. Unfortunately, she had 5 Pokemon while she had somehow managed to leave me with one Pokemon, Umbreon. Fortunately, she had left me with Umbreon, my best Pokemon. He rarely takes damage and does decent damage himself.
Anyway, after three turns, I took down one of her Pokemon, used Full Restore on Umbreon, took down another of hers. This carried on for a while. I had her on her last Pokemon, Steelix. Unfortunately, Dark moves aren't good against a Steel type. But I managed to bring its HP into the deep red even though I used lots of Full Restores. The next turn, Steelix did Earthquake, I watched as my Umbreon's HP plummeted. I was sure I lost when, as if to show me I'm always wrong, it stopped at 10 HP! Then I did Bite which KO'd Steelix and won me the match!

That's what I call a [insert SSBBrawler's real name]-comeback!
