Tell her:
I feel weird treating you extra special just because Hallmark is telling me that is what happy couples do. Don't get me wrong, you are very special and I want to show you I care. I just don't want Hallmark to tell me when and how.

That should buy you an extra week.

Something simple like a pic-nic will work as well as jewelry and candy and roses and all the other traditional VD gifts.

Syphilis, the gift that keeps on giving.

On a serious note, I'll assume she's 14 as well. The best bet is to do something that'll make her friends jealous. That's an instant win.

a shot will clear up syphillis...herpes...that is a different story. you could get her pregnant, that is a gift that keeps on giving.

What's your budget?

Treat her to a manicure/pedicure. $60
Or buy her an hour massage: $90

that pic is absolutely classic.

i agree...something simple like a ton of balloons, decorations, and flowers stuck to her locker would be a good start, something that everybody would see all day.
