cool the mythbusters are the coolest geeks in the world and the first ever amazing meeting was in my home town
I personally like Penn & Teller way more than the Mythbusters. The MBs are cool geeks but pale to P&T.

I would go for P&T, Trey & Matt, and the MBs. Unfortunately, Vegas is a bit too far for me to travel. Hopefully someone here goes and can tell us how it is.

The Amazing Meeting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amaz%21ng_Meeting) is put on every year by James "The Amazing" Randi.
James Randi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Randi) like Harry Houdini (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Houdini) started off as a magician then switched to full time debunking those that claim magic tricks are super natural. He is also founder of The One Million Dollar Paranormal Challenge (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Randi_Educational_Foundation) where he will award $1,000,000 to the first person provide objective proof of the paranormal.
Penn & Teller are hilarious magicians that are famous for telling you how the trick is done and then amazing you by doing the trick. Penn is mainly a juggler and does all the talking. Teller is slight of hand artists and does not talk (I have seen him talk once - If you know what video he talks in I will give you a hundred points and rep you). They host the Showtime TV show Humbug! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullshit%21) (Warning: The link goes to Wikipedia but contains profanity) where they debunk common misconceptions. They are two of my favorite entertainers.
Michael Shermer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Shermer) is the founder of the Skeptics Society (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Skeptics_Society). He has also written several books, gives numerous lectures (I have attended a few) and is often a guest on shows when they need a view point of the other side to balance outrageous claims.
Mythbusters (http://www.retrouprising.com/Mythbusters) is a TV show that tests urban legends and rumors.
The South Park (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Park) guys... I don't think there is any confusion about who they are.
So anyways I thought it was cool enough to deserve some free advertising and perhaps someone here will make it and report how it was.
