Yeah...this guy was banned from all these forums and even tried a second coming over at sega-16. I want people to be aware of this even if the only purpose is to show the guy who's been banned from the most forums. So obviously, he either signs up on forums just to spam/troll or he's just mentally retarded.

Trust me people have been banned here. We've been lucky so far though. The worst we get is people with thin skins who throw a fit until they get themselves banned. That or the random spammer.
