E=MC2 has nothing to do with speed.

that why its so radical C (the speed of light) is just a constant

its a number that works when you square it but it has nothing to do with the volocity of the the object

for example

the speed of light if I remember corectly is about 186,000 Miler Per Second

so you square that

186000 x 186000 = 34,596,000,000 Miles Per Second or (C2)

then you take the mass of an object

lets uses 100

so E = 100 X 34,596,000,000

E= 3,459,600,000,000

what that means I have no Idea but thats how it works ;D

first off when you talk math you have to use units of mesurement

if you going to say the speed of light is 299792458 you have to say what that is is that miles per hour miles per min miles per second is it grams or something else

also I would argue with your periods of radiation

because time is irrelevant time was created by man and its based of the lunar solor system that has taken on a more scientific method
it had nothing to do with radiation back then and I am pretty certain it has nothing to do with it now.
