Anyone hear about this? The Pheonix lander, which landed on Mars earlier this year, has fixed the issue they were having (with one of the shovels I believe) and they've heated up the soil and found ice, which put's more evidence behind the search for life on other panets.
Any thought's on this?

"Until now, the evidence for ice has been circumstantial. That was based on photos Phoenix took of a hard splotchy area near its landing site and changes it saw in a trench." - http://enews.earthlink.net/article/top?guid=20080731/489138c0_3426_1335020080731-805724384

I dont get what it is so hard for some people to belive that there is life on other planets.

there are trillions upon trillions of stars but our star is the only one out of all of them that has life around it.

but that gets back into what you believe religion evolution or something else.

I've been ready facts about Mars for a long time now.

And I believe there is life on Mars. And the facts I read told me they might have found life on Mars. Because I think it's possible that Mars could support life forms on that planet.

I don't believe there is life on Mars, curently, I do believe it did support life at one time, on that point didn't they find a meteor mmm 'bout 10 or so years ago with amino acid's or Micro-organism, that came from Mars(or a planet iddentical in rock composition)

True but I still think Mars can still support life on the planets surface. It did a long time ago but I think there is still hope for life on Mars today.
