Metroid Fusion on PSP

I have an old PSP and I would like to play Metroid Fusion on it. How could it be done???

Thx, but I have a few questions:

1)Would I need to first download the emulator and then downlaod the game?

2) There are 2 emulator options to download. Any recommendations on which one is better?

3) Where could I download the game or other GBA games?

Thx again. The version of Metroid Fusion they have is in Chinese. Any idea where I might find that game in English?
