I had been meaning to buy Audiosurf for forever. Finally, when I got home from Brazil, I made it happen. This game is so addictive, and I love it. Anybody besides me play/like Audiosurf. If you haven't played it and like rhythm games, I highly suggest it. It's awesome.

Ha. No, it isn't like Guitar Hero. People seem to think that was the first rhythm game ever made.

If I had to compare it to anything, it kind of reminds me of Amplitude for the PS2. You pick a song on your computer and the game maps out a level with little blocks that are on the beats and the track goes up and down depending on the intensity of the part of the song. There are alot of different game modes that go from being as simple as "get the colors, avoid the gray ones" to stuff I don't even understand. There is a high score board, so anytime you play a song you can see how you stack up against other dudes on that same song. It's really neat, and for only 10 bucks it was a steal.
