The Smart Boy isn't a Nintendo smartphone. It's a weird iPhone add-on that allows you to play Game Boy cartridges on your phone. It's being developed by Hyperkin, the guys behind the Retron 5. I don't really understand why anybody would really want it, after all, anybody who still buys Game Boy carts would likely rather play it on official hardware, which isn't hard to come by.

As for the WiiPhone mentioned in your article, it only exists as a concept video from German company CURVED/labs, which means absolutely nothing.
