It seems an online INP file is created so are these results usable?

As RU does not use WolfMAME to generate its INPs, they unfortunately cannot be used to submit to Twin Galaxies or MARP. RU also allows pausing, which the other sites do not.

Official records - Twin Galaxies. They are partnered with Guinness.
MARP is an excellent resource for anything MAME.
RU is great for emulation.
