To be clear I have already ruled this option out.

This is Option E: Javascript.

E. Use https://github.com/kripken/emscripten and javascript. This is what archive.org does. This is the best LONG term option. BUT 1. I would need to hire someone. 2. This is still a couple years away from providing fast frame rates. Not a good plan for this year, but probably one day.

Click a marquee and then click Run.
Pros: From a user's point of view it is the easiest. No installs. Just click and play.
Deal breaker: Frame rate is horrendous. I have a fast laptop and I can't play basic games at full speed. Goal is to run advanced games on crappy hardware at full speed. So this option isn't an option, YET! Check back in a year or 2.
Other cons: audio is buggy. Difficult for me to maintain/upgrade. Need to hire someone for help or do lots of studying. If frame rate improves I'll be into doing the studying as I think it is pretty cool.

Has to be redone for each emulator which means we would be focused mostly only on MAME/MESS systems.
