After a long time of being gone, Count has returned to the internet
I am going to try and get back into a active role.

I would have returned a little sooner, but things in my life have changed and taken a unexpected turn and for the last few months things have been really tough on me. Its a long story

I am now able to at least check in and be a part of the community again.

@DB and Tails- It was public and personal but its all good. I have no issues with talking about the good things that have happened in my life recently. Even though there was bad that happened at the beginning when it all went down, but now I am in a far happier better off place now.

A car accident can be good if your car had pre-accident damage you can attribute to it, or if it's a total write off and you get blue book value, when the car was a junker.

I'd just say a bad car accident is one you do get hurt in. I've only really been in 1 in my life, and it was a good one. Buddy drove off but I got his plate, had to go to court twice and my wife got harassed by cops at 4 am, but we got more cash than the car was worth.

Well it was good due to the fact that A) it wasn't my car it was my work truck B) I didn't die in it and C) I didn't get badly hurt.

I got minor injuries mainly back pain, my leg got hurt bad, and my shoulder has pain.
No lasting damage.

I got hit on the freeway, traffic was stopping so I was going about 4mph and got hit from behind by a guy going 50-60mph and it caused me to hit the guy in front of me.
I am still suprised I did not get hurt more then I did. I made a E.R. trip and they checked everything out and nothing was broken or stuff like that.

My parents were just in an accident like this. Sounds like you got very lucky and it was nice you were in a truck. My parents were in the 4th car forward from the first stopped car on the freeway that got slammed by someone going about 60. My parents were ok although their car was totaled but the person in the car that got slammed into wasn't so lucky. They had to rip the top off their car off just to get them out and they had to be life flighted to the nearest hospital. Not fatal but not good either. I got backed into in a parking lot about 2 or 3 shifts into a new pizza delivery job. Drove a 1996 Geo Metro that we thought was worth 500 bucks. They wrote it off, and gave me the value for it which turned out to be 1700 bucks. Of course we had to make repairs to the front wheels which cost 400 but it left 1300 bucks for me from a low speed accident that wasn't my fault. Pain to deal with but a good accident if there ever was one. We didnt repair the cosmetic damage though, but whats the point on a metro.

Anyways glad to hear your ok man. Hopefully some better things will happen soon to counteract the accident.
