Would anyone be interested in starting a Retro Uprising clan when this game comes out? I have it pre ordered for the PS4 and I know players on the computer can play online with the PS4 so I propose we all play together if anyone is planning on getting it.

There's a start up fee, too, but as far as I know it goes on sale a lot.

I think if I had a beefier computer and wasn't in between a bunch of different games I might give it a go on PC. I have a buddy who plays it and it looks like it plays pretty well.

DrunkN, it hasn't been released yet. It is a subscription based payment model sat 14.90 USD a month. I am actually a bit upset that it's P2P because at the time I pre ordered it I was under the impression that it would be a F2P game. Maybe it would be justified if the game is very costly for them to maintain servers or something, but no other online Play Station game has been P2P and they could generate revenue with DLCs.

Does anyone know if it's heavily instanced? I miss the older MMOs that had these semi permanent worlds. You could leave a town and see other players running around the zones doing stuff. Most games now seem to just have a hub town and everyone gets their own outdoor zones which is pretty boring for me.

its just like the old MMOs, you see people in the middle of their quests or around killing things in the world, i played all the beta releases

That's the only thing holding me back. It looks like something I'd really like but there's no way I'm paying for it every month.
