Cam's Speed Runs

Hey guys. I decided to share these up here on RU. There's not a whole lot of games I can do this for as it stands, and for my personal speed runs, I like to pick shorter bits of games to do so as you may have noticed. So, what you'll see from me, is likely around 1 minute videos give or take.

First off, I'm tackling Diddy Kong Racing tracks, in Race mode, with Conker. I've already completed 2, and they aren't going in any specific order, so, if you have a request from Diddy Kong Racing, have at it. I'll do any level, in regular or mirror, in whatever vehicle. Requests are welcome!

Please Do note, that this all really for fun. Yes, I'm aware that T.T. is a better character, but that's not the point. I only ever play as Conker, since I prefer him. Same reason behind Race Mode. I find it more challenging and fun to attempt a speed run in race mode opposed to Time Trials, given the variations with opposing players as well as the added boost of magnets/boost balloons.

Bottom line, it's all for fun, and for entertainment. I do try to get the best time I can (so far) in a half hour session or less, but it probably won't be picture perfect. I really love this game, so I've spent a lot of time trying to get as good as I can at it before all this as well. Like riding a bike at this point.

Hot Top Volcano: Airplane Edition.

Least amount of trouble I had so far. Took 4 minutes and 4 tries. Airplanes for me, are easier than Cars & Boats but they're not as fun to me. Boats are my favourite.

Began working on Pirate Lagoon, but decided to go with Treasure Caves instead. Bit of trouble on this one. Mostly dodging the AI as much as humanly possible at the start. Here was the end result:

Hovercraft Speed Run! Never saw why everyone hated the hover crafts. Once you know how to control them, they're super fun. Obviously harder to control, but I actually may go as far as to say they're my favourite. Anyways, Whale Bay:

As a kid I always had the hardest time controlling them. Now its a lot easier obviously. Nice run nonetheless, way better than I can do it :p

Yeah, they aren't the easiest to control, but it aint bad, and kind of makes sense physically. A lot of jumping with brakes on hard turns fixes things. The drift button also just helps in general. It works out :)
