That's what I was thinking too, since if someone did mess a cab up it could take a long time to clean, what with all the odd angles and crevices inside cars in general being difficult to reach.

Here they refuse people all the time; I think I saw some kind of a number on the side of a Taxi you can call if you don't get picked up.
Something like that.

But if I were a Cabbie and saw ol' Phil {from the above picture} I most certainly would not pick him up in the first place.

Drunks or people too 'gooned out of their tree' on whatever aren't the only ones who may vomit in a car = kids often get carsick .. so I imagine they would charge the parent or guardian with the child for the cleanup.

Or how about someone really sick who calls a Taxi to take them to the Hospital?

If you've ever had someone puke in a car you know it takes a long while before the smell finally goes away. Being a drunk isn't an excuse to get away with it. If you can't handle your booze stick to weed so you won't bother anyone.
