Gamestop. Black Friday. $40.

Just for access to games like Xenoblade Chronicles and Kirby's Epic Yarn the price tag is well worth it.

Just to note that the WiiU is backward compatible. 40$ is a friggin steal though, hell at that price I might pick one up and keep it sealed for down the road someday.

The 40$ is probably for a used Wii, no?

I should have written "If you've been wanting a new Wii". The used market will be flooded with used units for a long time to come.

Just to note that the WiiU is backward compatible.

I would also emphasize this point, as the Wii U will upscale Wii games to 720p/1080p, which makes for a much cleaner image on HDTVs. The Wii's 480p video signal looks pretty bad in comparison.

Do you know how much Xenoblade Chronicles costs? I wanted it for my birthday last year but it was over 100 dollars and even 200 dollars.

Damn I guess this is a bad time to sell my used Wii games :( Just today I was considering it to fund GTA5.

Thanks for the heads up, usually don't go out on Black Friday, but maybe this year. I could always just borrow it from my cousins :p
