What do you prefer? Is it better to be too hot, or is it better to be too cold?

Cold. You can always layer up on more clothing to warm up. Once you run out of clothes to take off you have to use other means to cool down.

I love the heat.
I'm often in jeans and a sweat jacket in 80 degree weather (Fahrenheit)

I think I prefer the heat, it never seems to inebriate me, the cold however can makes things a nightmare.
In case anyone is wondering, in Canadia we do get 115+ temperature on occasion.

I used to love the heat. But since I moved from Texas up to Washington State, I seem to have adapted rapidly to the colder climate. I now wear shorts in 50 degree weather and complain that it's hot at 70. Yes, it's easier to layer up and feel warm. But I do enjoy cooling down with an ice cold beer in the 90+ degree temperatures of Texas. Sitting under the shade and sitting in a kiddie pool with a cold beer at hand is awesome.

This one's easy for me. Being too hot is just a little uncomfortable. Being too cold hurts.

Being too hot. I hate the feeling of being too cold. It goes right into my bones and I get this chill that doesn't go away. The worse that comes from the heat (at least where I live), is sweat.

What summer mornings feel like for me:

I don't like hot weather - sweating, squinting, and stinking just aren't my thing and I am glad summer is over for another year.
It's good for your garden that's about all.

I prefer cold, and the main reason is so I can breathe easier; I suffer respiratory problems sometimes and find it easier to breathe cooler air.
Another thing is that you can dress for it, where you can't with heat.

CONTRARY to popular stereotyping, we Canadians are not 'fond' of the cold - it just helps keep too many Americans from moving up here.
{kidding of course}
In fact there are entire shopping malls interconnected underground in the city of Edmonton, Alberta - so you don't have to go outside during the brutal winter there {- 40 at least, not counting windchill } proving that we aren't just a bunch of snow golems up here.

I know Vancouver isn't generally known for extreme winters, unless you're close to the water it really isn't too bad.
