//looks cool, but what makes you think that Itoi's approval has any bearing on a c&d? It may be able to remain in production if it can be classified as a parody though.

Not once did I say that Itoi's approval had anything to with C&D potential. It's been a pretty public project for a while now, and the buzz around it was way higher a couple months ago. I think it would have been shut down earlier.

Still; if you mean to say that it still could be shut down then, yes, I absolutely agree with you. Plenty of awesome stuff in recent memory has gone down. Remember Crimson Echoes?

I wasn't trying to accuse you of anything, I was just trying to probe more information.
