Been wanting to play a Pokemon game again. Decided on doing one of these runs again. I started one a bit back but I guess I got busy and never really did much on it. Anyway, hopefully this one lasts longer. I'll update by Chapters (each gym badge is a chapter and the elite 4 will be a chapter) and then Parts (Individual sections inside each chapter). I most likely will not do the Battle Frontier or whatever its called. I might not even beat the Elite 4. My main goal is just to get up to them.

The basic rules of the Nuzlocke run are:
The most basic Nuzlocke rules, as they were first introduced, are as follows:

Any Pokémon that faints (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Fainting) is considered dead, and must be released (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Released_Pok%C3%A9mon).
The player (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Player_character) may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances. If the first encounter in the area is a Double Battle in dark grass (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Dark_grass), the player may choose which of the two Pokémon they would like to catch.
While not exactly a definite rule, the general consensus is that players must also nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger emotional bonds.
Also not a definite rule, but the general consensus is that a black out/white out (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Black_out) is considered to be "game over", even if there are Pokémon left in the PC.

The optional rules for the game that I will follow are:

Not officially enforcing the rules until the player has Poké Balls and can catch Pokémon. For example, the Zigzagoon (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Zigzagoon_%28Pok%C3%A9mon%29)RS (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Ruby_and_Sapphire_Versions)/Poochyena (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Poochyena_%28Pok%C3%A9mon%29)E (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Emerald_Version) that the player has to save Professor Birch from is not counted as the first encounter on the route, and not counting any other encounters as such until they can catch. Likewise, in the games where the rival battle is immediately after getting the starter Pokémon, the "any that faint must be released" rule is not enforced at that time.
Rather than releasing the Pokémon, it can be permanently boxed, migrated, or transferred with Poké Transfer (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9_Transfer) should it happen to faint.
No catching/using legendary Pokémon (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Legendary_Pok%C3%A9mon)
As another mercy rule, if the player runs into a Shiny Pokémon (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Shiny_Pok%C3%A9mon) on the incredibly rare chance, the player may still catch it, regardless of whether or not it is the first encounter in the area. It also does not need to be released if it faints.
If the player has no Pokémon that can use a certain field move (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Field_move_%28main_series%29) that is required to continue through any given point of the game, they may catch another Pokémon that can learn said field move. However, it cannot be used in battle for any reason, and must be released, permanently boxed, or migrated as soon as the player gets another Pokémon that can use said field move.

Chapter 1- The Beginning
Part 1: From Little Root to Getting Pokeballs!
I started my journey in Little Root Town. After talking to my mom, I went across to the next house and talked to my rival, May. Afterwards, I ventured up north and had to help Professor Birch who was getting chased by a Poochyena. Three Pokemon to choose from. I picked Mudkip (Mud!...Kip...) and trounced the Poochyena. I didn't nickname my Mudkip just because I never do for my starters. Birch thanked me and gave me Mudkip to keep as my reward for saving him.

I went past Route 101 and fought whatever Pokemon I found there (Nuzlocke rules do not abide yet) and went through Odale Town as well. I fought May and wiped her out satisfyingly. After returning back to Birch's lab, he gave me 5 Pokeballs and now I can finally begin the Nuzlocke Run!

Party: Mudkip (Lv 7)
Deaths: None

Part 2: Route 101
First Pokemon I found there was a Lv 2 Zigzagoon. I got it into yellow and caught it. I nicknamed him Zyn. I grinded a bit with Mudkip and Zyn. Got Mudkip to 9 and Zyn to 5.

Party: Mudkip (Lv 9), Zyn (Lv 5)
Deaths: None

Part 3: Odale Town
Nothing much here. Healed my Pokemon and headed left.

Party: Mudkip (Lv 9), Zyn (Lv 5)
Deaths: None

Part 4: Route 102
This is the first route containing trainers! I fought off the first trainer and found a Lv 3 Ralts in the nearby bushes. I got it into red and caught it. I decided to name him Bonds. I finished off the rest of the trainers and visited Petalburg City. I healed up and grinded a bit more until Ralts learned Confusion so that he could be useful lol

Party: Mudkip (Lv 10), Zyn (Lv 8 ), Bonds (Lv 7).
Deaths: None

Part 5: Petalburg City/Route 104
Didn't accomplish much here. I talked to my dad in the Petalburg Gym and had to teach Wally how to catch a Pokemon (which I fast-forwarded using my emulator ;))
After that I healed up and bought some Pokeballs, Potions, and Antidotes from the PokeMart.

Next up was Route 104. I found a Wurmple but accidently killed it with Zyn so couldn't catch any Pokemon there. I beat up on the trainers there and almost got Zyn killed when one of the trainers got a critical. Luckily, I switched him out and was fine.

Party: Mudkip (Lv 11), Zyn (Lv 10), Bonds (Lv 9)
Deaths: None

Part 6: Petalburg Woods and Poison/Route 104
First Pokemon I found in there was a Lv 5 Shroomish. I used Zyn to lower his health down. I caught him and named him Cletus (XD). Unfortunately, after fighting some trainers I got poisoned. Good thing I bought a bunch of antidotes. They came in handy. I nearly lost Zyn and Bonds to poison. I fought the Team Aqua member and beat him easily enough. Ventured out of Petalburg Woods and into Route 104 (the other side of it). I talked to the people inside the Flower shop and got the Wailmer Pail. I also got Bullet Seed and taught it to Cletus. I fought the other members, mainly using Zyn. I found a Lv 3 Lotad in Route 104 (I considered this a new area) and caught it. I named him Nolan. I completed the first double battle using Mudkip and Bonds. I grinded a bit before leaving.

Party: Mudkip (Lv 12), Zyn (Lv 10), Bonds (Lv 10), Cletus (Lv 9), Nolan (Lv 9)
Deaths: None

Part 7: Rustboro City and Route 116

Finally I made it to Rustboro City, where our first Gym lies! However, we have some other business to do before we can challenge Roxanne. I healed up and explored the town. I got our first HM, Cut, from the Cut Master. It can't be used until we get our first gym badge, however. I also picked up Quick Claw from the school. Traveled north then east out of the town. Now in Route 116, I found a Lv 7 Nincada. Almost killed him but caught him. Named him Ike. Then after clearing the area of trainers, I went into the cave and found a Lv 6 Whismur (again considered Rustboro Cave its own area). I caught it and named it Swerve.

Unfortunately, while I was in the cave grinding, Cletus got one hit by a uproar. He had a little bit more than half his health. I thought he'd be ok but he fainted. So that's it for Cletus. Now that I finished grinding, time to take on Roxanne

Party: Mudkip (Lv 15), Zyn (Lv 10), Bonds (Lv 10), Nolan (Lv 11), Ike (Lv 9), Swerve (Lv 13)
Deaths: Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar

Part 8: Roxanne

So grinded a bit before taking her on. I defeated the two trainers pretty easily. Now onto Roxanne. I beat her Geodude with Nolan pretty easily. I left him out there and got two hits on Nosepass before switching out for Mudkip who finished him off. So with that, our first gym badge is ours! And no casualties! Mudkip evolved into Marshtomp and Nolan (Lotad) evolved into Lombre!

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 16), Zyn (Lv 10), Bonds (Lv 10), Nolan (Lv 14), Ike (Lv 9), Swerve (Lv 13)
Deaths: Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar

That ends Chapter 1! I'll start the journey for badge number 2 shortly!

Chapter 2- To Dewford!

Part 1: Route 116/Getting a Ride to Dewford

To start of Chapter 2, we went east of Rustboro back to Route 116. We meet the Dev Corp Worker who asks for us to receive the Devon Goods. So we went into the cave and beat on Team Aqua. We meet a retired sailor who agrees to give us a ride to Dewford for saving his Wingull (who was captured by the Aqua member).

Back at Rustboro we get a PokeNav for helping the Dev Corp worker. The President of Dev Corp. wants us to deliver a letter to Steven in Dewford, which just happens to be where our next gym lies! Now back through Petalburg Woods, the old man gives up a ride to Dewford!

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 16), Zyn (Lv 11), Bonds (Lv 11), Nolan (Lv 14), Ike (Lv 11), Swerve (Lv 14)
Deaths: Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar

Part 2: Dewford Town/Granite Cave

We arrived at Dewford thanks to our new acquaintance. Collected some items from the townfolk including Silk Scarf (increase Normal attacks damage) and the Old Rod (Magikarps!)

Talked to a Hiker in the cave and he gave me HM Flash (can't use it until I beat Brawly). Had to play it safe in this cave because of the Pokemon are tougher here. I first fought a Lv 10 Makuhita. I captured him in yellow. I named him Foreman. I made it through the cave rather easily using Bonds and Marshtomp. I finally reached the end and delivered the letter to Steven. We got the TM Steel Wing as a reward. I used an escape rope, healed up and grinded a lot. I need to be prepared for Brawly.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 16), Zyn (Lv 13), Bonds (Lv 14), Nolan (Lv 15), Ike (Lv 12), Swerve (Lv 14)
Deaths: Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar

Part 3: Dewford Town Gym: Brawly

Grinded before facing him. I cleared out all the trainers, using them to grind a bit. Next up was Brawly. He first sent out his Machop. I responded with Bonds. Using confusion I managed to defeat him easily. I then used Marshtomp to take on Makuhita. I got him down to red twice but Brawly used Super Potions twice. Marshtomp was in red so I recalled him for Swerve. Unfortunately, Swerve got mauled by Arm Thrust (hit 5 times). I switched to Zyn (equipped with the Silk Scarf) and managed to take down Makuhita. I won my second badge but Swerve is gone. I got TM Bulk Up, the Knuckle Badge, and the ability to use HM Flash out of battle.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 16), Zyn (Lv 14), Bonds (Lv 16), Nolan (Lv 16), Ike (Lv 12)
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)

This ends Chapter 2. A short one, but Dewford Town is overall very short. Not much to do here. Moving on!

Chapter 3- From Slateport City to Watson!

Part 1: Slateport City
Upon arriving at Slateport via Briney's (the old man) ship we land on Slateport's beach! I fought all the trainers there, gaining some levels. Then I went into the beach house and fought all the trainers inside.

There we receieved Soda Pop which is a good healing item. I bought a bunch of them and continued. We got Soft Sand on the beach, which I gave to Marshtomp (because it raises ground type moves and he has Mud Shot and Mud Slap)

Finally arrived in the city and first healed up. Next, it was on to deliver the Devon Goods. A scientist asked us to find Captain Stern, whom we found in the Slateport museum. Upon talking to Capt. Stern on the second floor, Team Aqua shows us. After pouncing on two lackeys, their leader, Archie, appeared. He then leaves without battling us.

I gave Capt. Stern the Devon Goods and continued my journey.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 18 ), Zyn (Lv 15), Bonds (Lv 16), Nolan (Lv 18 ), Ike (Lv 13), and Foreman (Lv 14).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)

Part 2: Route 110/Route103

Going north of Slateport City, after healing up and buying some Super Potions, Pokeballs, and other items, I came upon Route 110. In a nearby bush, I found and caught a Lv 13 Electrike which I named Cole. Don't really plan on using him but I will if I have to.

Fought trainers along the way, including annoying Plusle and Minun who kept on paralyzing my Pokemon. At the top of the Route, there is a small house that actually turns out to be a big place (The Trick Master's House). Inside, I had to fight a bunch of trainers and find this scroll in order to reach the end and get my reward (a Rare Candy). There are 8 puzzles in all, but a new one only unlocks after you make progress in the game (like every gym badge or something).

Going east would get us to Mauville City but first I wanted to go west to Route 103. Just some trainers and some berries to pick. There's an area to fish all the way on the west side, but the only thing there is Magikarps and Tentacools, both of which I don't want. Now back onto the main path!

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 18 ), Zyn (Lv 17), Bonds (Lv 16), Nolan (Lv 18 ), Ike (Lv 15), and Foreman (Lv 14).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)

Part 3: Fighting My Rival/The Rest of Route 110

As soon as I got back on the right path, I had to face my Rival. Now, most of her party isn't that strong, but her Grovyle is insanely strong if you don't come prepared. Her first Pokemon is Wailmer. I sent out Nolan who quickly took care of it with Absorb. She then sent out her Grovyle. He's Lv 20 and has Pursuit and Absorb, both of which are quite annoying and strong. I left Nolan in there for a little bit and used some basic attacks, lowering his health. He nearly killed Nolan with Pursuit but luckily I got him out in time. I sent out Foreman. I used Arm Thrust which hit a bunch of times. I had to use a couple of potions but eventually he took down Grovyle. This was mostly successful since Fight-Type Pokemon aren't effected as much by Dark moves. Finally she sent out Numel who was destroyed by Marshtomp. A tough battle made easy for the most part. I'm probably going to want to get a fire/flying Pokemon for the future to take down Grovyle.

Anyway, after the fight, May gives us a Itemfinder, and we are off to Mauville City. I ran back to the PokeCenter in Slateport and healed up and then took down the rest of the trainers there.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 20), Zyn (Lv 16), Bonds (Lv 17), Nolan (Lv 20), Ike (Lv 16), and Foreman (Lv 17).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)

Part 4: Mauville City/Route 117

First things first, we have some items to collect. One of the houses near the entrance of Mauville City has the HM Rock Smash which I taught to Foreman. I also got the Bike from Ryder's Shop. I chose the Mach Bike. The other choice is the Acro Bike but with the Mach Bike you can climb up slopes.

Instead of fighting Mauville's Gym Leader Watson, I traveled west to Route 117. But before that, if you try and enter the Gym, you'll notice Wally and his father are there. After battling Wally (his only Pokemon is his Ralts we helped him catch way back when), his father convinces him he is no match for Watson and the two return back to their house. (Although Wally isn't too discouraged by this and just uses this fight to be better).

Anyway, onto Route 117. There's a Day Care Center here but I really didn't want to put one of my Pokemon in there. Anyway, I cleared the area of trainers, and ended up catching a Lv 13 Roselia which I named Rose (real creative right? lol) On the west side, I arrived at Verdanturf Town (Wally's hometown). I talked to the locals and went into the cave which actually connects to the cave in Rustboro. I can't break the two rocks there yet as I need the ability to use Rock Smash our of battle, and I can't get that until I beat Watson. So back at Mauville City, its time to take on Watson.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 20), Zyn (Lv 18 ), Bonds (Lv 17), Nolan (Lv 20), Ike (Lv 19), and Foreman (Lv 18 ).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)

Part 5: Mauville City's Gym Leader: Watson

Ok so Watson's Pokemon have pretty unforgiving attacks, but this can be easily counteracted if they don't even hit you. Enter Marshtomp, who happens to be Water/Ground, meaning he is immune to all electric-type attacks. The only thing I had to watch out for was Sonic Boom. I used Nolan and Bonds to take out Magnemite. I then used Marshtomp for Voltorb, and quickly used Mud Shot, killing him in one shot. Luckily, the Voltorb didn't use Self Destruct. Finally, the Magneton that normally can totally annihilate a party simply with Shock Wave, was beat with Marshtomp's Mud Shot in one hit.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 22), Zyn (Lv 19), Bonds (Lv 19), Nolan (Lv 20), Ike (Lv 19), and Foreman (Lv 19).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)

Part 6: North of Mauville and Verdanturf Town (again)

There is a house north of Mauville where a family of trainers lives. After you defeat the dad, you have to fight the mom, then the sister, and finally the grandma. I beat them all and Ike evolved into Ninjask!

Now back at Verdanturf Town, I broke the rocks in the cave, reconnecting the two towns. One of the people gave me the HM Strength as a reward. I also got a Repeat Ball from someone else.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 22), Zyn (Lv 19), Bonds (Lv 19), Nolan (Lv 20), Ike (Lv 20), and Foreman (Lv 19).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)

I think that about wraps up everything for Chapter 3!

Chapter 4- Mountain Climbers

Part 1: Routes 111, 112, 113

North of Mauville, I began the path to our 4th gym badge. We have a lot of walking first to get there.

I came across Route 111. No Pokemon to catch at the moment (the desert is blocks off 1) Pokemon we can get and 2) a shorter way to our destination). So unfortunately its off to Route 112 to the west. Here, I fought the few trainers and caught a Lv 15 Numel, named it Mark. I went up north and noticed Team Aqua blocking off a pulley that would allow us to get on top of a mountain (we'll be back here later).

So into the Fiery Path we go. It is a relatively small area (there is a boulder we can't push yet as we need a further badge to use strength outside of battle). I found and caught a Lv 14 Torkoal, which I named Hank. I exited the Fiery Path and went east onto Route 113. Along the way, Zyn evolved into Linoone and Bonds evolved into Kirlia.

Route 113 is kind of odd. The grass is all covered in ash. A majority of the time, a Spinda will appear. So I was incredibly shocked when my first battle was against a Skarmory. I wasted no time and caught the Lv 15 Pokemon. I named him Skar. Now along the way during this route, I trained a lot but when I was training Ike, he ended up getting one hit by a Spinda's Faint Attack. I arrived at Fallabor Town. Although I lost Ike, I have some great Pokemon awaiting in the PC.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 24), Zyn (Lv 22), Bonds (Lv 20), Nolan (Lv 21), and Foreman (Lv 22).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)
Ike (Lv 20) - Killed by a Spinda's Faint Attack (1HKO)

Part 2: Fallarbor Town

Not too much going on here. Restocked on supplies, healed up. Most importantly I switched my rotations. I took out Skar and inserted him into my lineup now that Ike is gone. I also took Hank and switched Bonds with him. I might be using a 7 Pokemon rotation, not completely sure yet. Anyway got some items around here including TM Dig and TM Roar.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 24), Zyn (Lv 22), Nolan (Lv 21), Foreman (Lv 22), Skar (Lv 20), and Hank (Lv 17).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)
Ike (Lv 20) - Killed by a Spinda's Faint Attack (1HKO)

Part 3: Route 114

Not too much going on here either. Some trainers to fight including a double battle. I used Skar and Hank who are both very effective. I'm liking my additions to this team. There's a house that belongs to Lanette, she gives us a Lotad Doll that I really didn't care for lol. I wrapped around the small mountain and then entered into the next cave, Meteor Falls.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 24), Zyn (Lv 22), Nolan (Lv 21), Foreman (Lv 22), Skar (Lv 21), and Hank (Lv 18 ).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)
Ike (Lv 20) - Killed by a Spinda's Faint Attack (1HKO)

Part 4: Meteor Falls/Mt. Chimney
Here in Meteor Falls, we find Team Magma and Aqua arguing. After talking to them, they all flee and a scientist tells you to go to Mt. Chimney and recover the Meteorite. Before departing, I found a Moon Stone and also fought and caught a Lv 16 Lunatone, which I named Lunar.
Leaving the cave, I backtracked all the way to the area right before the Fiery Path. There, we find the lift is now unguarded and free to use. At the top of the mountain, Team Magma and Aqua are fighting again. Eventually we fought a string of Team Aqua members and then finally their leader, Richie. I defeated him and recovered the Meteorite.
To get to our next destination we have to go south to the Jagged Pass.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 26), Zyn (Lv 24), Nolan (Lv 24), Foreman (Lv 23), Skar (Lv 25), and Hank (Lv 21 ).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)
Ike (Lv 20) - Killed by a Spinda's Faint Attack (1HKO)

Part 5: Jagged Pass/Lavaridge Town

The Jagged Pass is a short path in which you have to jump down over some hills. There's some trainers, but not much going on. When we reach the bottom, we entered Lavaridge Town.

Here is Lavaridge Town, it was time to fight our 4th Gym. I put Lunar into the party and took our Skar because Skar would be pretty useless in this gym. I cleared out all the trainers but before fighting Flannery, I picked up the Charcoal from a nearby house and also got the Egg from a lady in front of the PokeCenter. It contains a Wynaut but I really didn't want one so I just stored it.

Now after training a bit more, I fought Flannery. Her first three Pokemon aren't really that threatening. I used Lunar's Rock Throw to easily dispose of the two Slugmas. Now the real problem here is her Torkoal who knows Overheat which is ridiculously strong. I sent out Marshtomp and used Water Gun/Mud Shot. She used Overheat and nearly killed Marshtomp. Luckily I was able to swap him out. I sent out Hank. Unfortunately for Hank, a Sunny Day/Overheat combo wiped him out. I was able to heal Marshtomp who finished off Torkoal. I received my 4th Gym Badge, TM Overheat, and the ability to use Strength out of battle.

Upon leaving the gym, May appears and gives us the Go-Goggles. With this we are allowed to go into the desert! That does it for Chapter 4. Chapter 5 (really short one) is up next.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 27), Zyn (Lv 25), Nolan (Lv 24), Foreman (Lv 23), Skar (Lv 25), and Lunar (Lv 21).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)
Ike (Lv 20) - Killed by a Spinda's Faint Attack (1HKO)
Hank (Lv 21) - Killed by Flannery's Torkoal (Overheat w/ Sunny Day)

Chapter 5- Dad and His Really Annoying Slaking

Part 1: The Desert

Here I didn't really do too much. We have to get back to Petalburg to challenge our dad to a Gym Battle. Yeah he happens to be the 5th Gym Leader. First, though, in the desert I picked up the Claw Fossil and also fought some trainers. I left and went all the way back to Petalburg. Time to face Dad.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 27), Zyn (Lv 26), Nolan (Lv 24), Foreman (Lv 23), Skar (Lv 25), and Lunar (Lv 23).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)
Ike (Lv 20) - Killed by a Spinda's Faint Attack (1HKO)
Hank (Lv 21) - Killed by Flannery's Torkoal (Overheat w/ Sunny Day)

Part 2: Fighting Dad

Foreman and Marshtomp are my two main guys to use here. I used Foreman and wiped out every trainer. Vital Throw came in handy. Foreman evolved into a Hariyama! Now taking on Dad, I used Foreman's Vital Throw to take out his Slaking. He was at half health, so I switched out for Skar who took down his Vigaroth. Now time for Dad's Lv 31 Slaking. I switched for Lunar, healed up Foreman. I switched back and after a couple of Vital Throws, a couple of Arm Thrusts and a Super Potion, I took him down.

Afterwards, I received the TM Façade, my 5th Gym Badge, and the ability to use HM Surf out of battle. Speaking of Surf, if you talk to Wally's Dad next door, he gives you Surf. I taught it to like 3 of my Pokemon because I love using it. Now we can venture the open seas!

Before we go to the next area, I wanted to go to the Abandoned Ship, east of Dewford which is only accessible via water.

Party: Marshtomp (Lv 27), Zyn (Lv 27), Nolan (Lv 25), Foreman (Lv 27), Skar (Lv 25), and Lunar (Lv 24).
Deaths:
Cletus (Lv 9) - Killed by a Wishmur's Uproar
Swerve (Lv 14) - Killed by Brawly's Makuhita (Arm Thrust 5x)
Ike (Lv 20) - Killed by a Spinda's Faint Attack (1HKO)
Hank (Lv 21) - Killed by Flannery's Torkoal (Overheat w/ Sunny Day)

I changed the "everybody gets one rule". I'm sticking with the "if you faint, you're done" rule that the run had originated.

I'll probably get back to this on Thursday or so. Got a lot more homework and stuff this week.

I'll start updating again. I beat the second gym badge. Any casualties along the way? You'll have to wait and read to find out :p

More updates should be coming along. Did a bit more. Caught some new Pokemon and changed my rotations.

...I accidentally ended up loading an earlier save in my game and somehow lost all of my data. I'm all the way back at the beginning now...

Time to use Gameshark...lol I'll see if I can cheat my way back to where I was.

EDIT- Not cooperating very well. Gonna probably scrap this...

Managed to catch nearly all the way back up in about an hour or so thanks to fast forwarding with the VBA!

Stats have changed and levels are a bit higher which is always good. I'll continue with the updated tomorrow most likely.

Updating is going to take a while but I managed to beat the 8 Gym Leaders. I wiped out along Victory Road mostly because I didn't really care to this point. I beat my main goal. Now I'll probably just beat the game as normal just so I can say I beat it lol.
