i think its time for us members (as stated by Jeckel in helping the mods post) to aid RU, and i got an idea. Us members advertise this site on other forums. Great for the site hopefully more activity. I have advertised this site to two friends i know at work, one is a supervisor who is hoocked on WOW and another is a person who wants to make games.


So lets advertise everybody!

It's good that you want to help advertise, but I'm not sure Kong wants you/us going around spamming random forums.

i mean like if theres an advertising section we could post RU there. on CZC i have a topic for RU me and Mush made. Maybe signatures as well we could put join RU in.

well take what brodyman said you prolly spammed a forum telling to join here. if kong agrees with this, then just post in an advertisement section and out it in your sig.


i want to help RU, i got my friend Vonec to join right now.

Don't do it in a spammy or pushy way. Where ever you do it make sure the place is OK with it. Look and see if others have advertised sites there and how the community responded. Links in sig are probably a good way to go about it.

After the new site is updated I will have several ways to help everyone do this. With links that can be easily put in digg, wikipedia, stumble upon. Don't post in those types of spots until after the update. I will also make an image that you can put in your sig at other sites that will tell how many high scores you have here. Maybe something else along those lines.

So in summary, be respectful, don't go over board, I will help you with this after the site update.

Now, this was brought up on another site, when we advertise could they make a topic here and post about their site? Kinda like they are partners with RU?

Mush was gonna make a topic about CZC here and I said he shouldn't until I found details. It has an ad from March I think.

I found a new site a couple of weeks ago, & advertised RU there. I even put my RU avatar there with www.retrouprising.com below it.
Also, I've been hinting to a friend at another forum site where I'm a moderator. I'm sure I can convince him to join.
