I usually go with tuna, sometimes meatball or cold-cut. All three with: lettuce, a few pickles, black olives, onions, extra mayo and salt and pepper.

And, yea I agree Subway is gross.

I usually get the Subway Melt or Italian BMT with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.

If I go to Subway it's for a meatball sub. Otherwise I stick to chicken salad from a local place.

Italian BMT on Italian bread, extra toasted, prov, spinach, tomato, onion, cucumber, black olives, and jalapeno. Dry.
You guys get green peppers (assumably capsicum), jalapenos, AND hot peppers? Awesome. We get carrots instead :(
I normally get turkey / teriyaki chicken / or no meat + no cheese + ALL salads
I think Subway is a lot better than Kentucky, McCrap, or Hungry Jacks / Burger King

Itlain BMT on Italian herbs & cheese, with cheese and all salad. If I'm paying for it, I may as well get the lot!

The lack of spinach in the poll is disturbing.

I always get what's been coined the "black man sandwich"
Buffalo Chicken Footlong on Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread.
Lettuce, Tomato, Spinach, Salt, Pepper, Oregeno, Ranch and Extra Ranch on both sides of the sandwich.
and it always tastes awesome :-)

Loaded with all of that stuff and banana peppers drenched with chipotle sauce. But I never know what meat to get with it.

I've never seen spinach at any of the probably 20-30 subways I've been to in my life, it must be a U.S. thing, edit and reset the poll if you want, it's just for fun.

Must be.
The ones around my area offer Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Spinach, Black Olives, Cucumbers, Green Bell Peppers, Banana Peppers, and Jalapeno Peppers. I might be missing one more.

Usually do the Italian BMT on the Italian Herb and Cheese with either Provolone, Swiss or American. Throw on all the veggies (including spinach) minus the jalepenos and sometimes no pickles. Lite mayo and mustard, good to go.
Funny this thread was created when they are doing $2 six inch cold cut or meatball subs for Customer Appreciation Month.

I hate veggies and I hate most condiments. Cold Cut Combo with lettuce and cheese only. I know I'm weird when it comes to food.
black forest ham with provolone, jalapenos, olives, onions, tomatoes, pickles, spinach, peperoncini (banana peppers), mustard (about five to six lines of it), olive oil, salt and pepper, on toasted Italian bread.

Compared to a real Italian sandwich place, it is gross. But for subway it's not too bad. I think I might be done with Subway, for the foreseeable future anyway. I got my cold cult on white last night with my usual ingredients, and the only thing I could taste was the salt.
@Ten, I think the only difference is the spinach.
@Sabby, I swear I am in no way affiliated with Subway.

One time I went a coworker and he ordered a steak and cheese. It was almost done before he realized it had pieces of peppers in it. Instead of just dealing with it he asked the guy to pick them out. It took a long time and it was very embarrassing. I never went to lunch with him again.
It was more embarrassing than the time I went to dunkin donuts with another dude and he order a medium coffee with 17 sugars. The person on the speaker had to ask if he was serious. Never went with him again either.

Lol I never new you were such a prude DB. Sometimes I need to direct the process, stuff like: "Could you spread those pickles out a bit?" or, "Can you pick out that last pepper from the left?" if it's one of the hard pieces. Theres no choice sometimes, some of the workers don't give an ounce of effort.

Minimum wages garner minimum work ethic. Who would want to put forth the extra mile when you're staring down a 30 hours week and maybe a 15 cents raise at the end of the year?

I agree.
Chicken Terriyaki on Flatbread with American cheese. Add lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, black olives, green pepper, and onions for the greatest thing ever.

That's different than what I was relating. In my area the steak and cheese comes with peppers chopped up in the meat by default. This guy made the employee sit there and pick out all the little pieces. It doesn't take a genius to look at what you're ordering and see it's not something you'd like.

I used to work in a Subway. It is one of those deals that once you know what goes into it, you are also tempted to not eat there anymore...time has healed my wounds though and now I think it is ok. I have a rotation of 4 Subway sandwiches.
1. Meatball on Itailian Herb and Cheese, Shredded Mozzeralli, Jalapenos, Parmesan cheese and oregano. Toasted.
2. BMT on White, Pepper Jack, Lettuce, Onions, Green pepper, Yellow peppers, mayo, oil and vinager
3. Cold Cut Combo on Wheat, Lettuces, Onions, Green peppers, yellow peppers, mayo, honey mustard.
4. Steak, egg, and cheese on flatbread, onions, greep peppers, yellow peppers, jalapenos, then either southwest sauce, or hot sauce.
i just get a turkey on the italian herb and cheese bread with white american cheese, onion, lettuce, and pickle

Meatball, on anything other than white bread (depends on what I feel like at the time), shredded mozzarella, onion, pickle, all toasted.

It looks like I will just have to order a sandwich with bread, tomato, onions, and lettuce.
