Pets in inventory?

Could another item in the shop be pets? That would be... AWESOME! Trading pets could have different effects on the pets you have (trading changes the pet's type, for example). The pets could battle, and they could appear and walk around INSIDE your posts! Then, we could hold pet-battling tournaments. The pets could look like the guy for the Retro Uprising logo above.

Uhh, how about you can buy stat points if there are going to be fights with them and get avatar things for whnt they move around you post. And if they are hurt, you have to buy something to heal them, kinda like a weird rpg/turn fighter.

haha this is a cool idea. it would prolly be too much work though for kong and the mods and would make the site run unreasonably slow for some people. maybe you could have the option for the pets not to show or something though so that only people with fast enough computers could play (or people willing to wait). i think there should be an option to get rid of the trophies too and get back the badges we used to have.

maybe moving around might take too much computer power/ability, but you could "fight" by using some kind of random number gen. based on level, etc.

Hey, that would make an awesome game. And the pets could travel with you in little balls then you can fight them against really strong people to win a pin or a BADGE. You should make it for the GameBoy, GBA, and DS. And just keep adding more pets 100 at a time so it will never get old. I'm sure you'd make millions..... But what to call it....I GOT IT! Pokemon sounds good. Very original... ::)

I thought that Super Monkey Ball was a game that you rolled monkeys around obstacle courses, but I've never played the game, so I'm not sure.
