Can't use two gamepads at once.

I want to play Super Nintendo with a friend of mine on ArcadeOx full mode. I click Input then Input configuration and I'm able map one controller to the 1st joypad, but unable to map the other controller to the 2nd joypad. Both contollers work perfectly fine individually. One controller is the original Xbox 360 wired controller, the other is a Joytech Xbox 360 wired controller. When I plug in the Joytech first and the Xbox second, only the controller that was pluged in first works, and vice virsa.

The games I've tried were Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and Street Fighter 2 Turbo for Super Nintendo and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for Genesis.

Is there anyway to get both controllers working at once?

Obvious question, but did you try selecting Joypad #2 for SNES9X's input configuration?
