The rival from Pokemon Gold And Silver. He steals a pokemon, and talks about how he hates the weak, and after one time you beat him, he says "This is why I hate battling wimps, there's no challenge in it." It's like a 12 year old that plays CoD got into the game.

Leandros in Space Marine. Hardheaded, a Codex-Astartes thumper who refuses to listen to reason when it would save his life, and condemns your character to be interrogated by the inquisition. D'you know what the inquisition does during interrogation? Titus is probably dead now.

Yeah, but Otis didn't backstab you when you gave him zombrex and then sends you to get a bunch of crappy items for him, then tazes you, and hangs you upside down. Oh, did I mention that TK killed milllions of people for money?

TK never was on your side. Otis was, and he tries to kill you in
aftermath mode. But yeah, TK is evil while Otis is frustrating.

I always hated Lakitu in the Super Mario series, especially in the original where he just carpet bombs you with spinys, then if you do manage to kill him he's back like ten seconds later to bombard you with even more spinys.

I have never liked the rival in Pokemon Red, Blue or Yellow (or even FireRed or LeafGreen) because he is mean and always says, "Smell you later!"
