Does anyone have this game? I've hit a dead end at 168.8% and I'd like some tips to advance, but nothing that's too revealing. I hope someone can help.
Specifically, I need a hint, clue, or pointer (but not too obvious!) on:
A. The language alphabet. I figured out the number system, but I can find no clues anywhere on what symbols correspond to English letters. I think there are 24 letters (C/K combined, maybe Q dropped), one for each of the faces on the alphabet cube, with four rotations for each. I'm also pretty sure that the words are read top to bottom, with sentences formed going right to left, like Japanese when it's written vertically. I don't want the answer sheet or guide posted, I just want to know what room the in game hint is.
B. Those posts with the floating dot (not the rumble post, I solved those), such as the one in the lighthouse area. If there is some clue in game that tells what to do, I'd like to know what room it is in.
C. Is there a second half to the half burned treasure map you get from the lava sewer? I understand what is on it, went to the appropriate room, did the input and caused a big black rectangle to appear, but there appears to be an extra step.
D. Owls. I know I have to find them, I have 4 out of 6 (I think) found. I want to know if their appearances in certain rooms are fixed (always there), at night only, or if they appear only after solving a puzzle.
I could easily go to GameFAQs or the like but I've solved everything so far without looking up guides, I just need a pointer in the right direction. I am sorely tempted to post more questions, but I'm hoping that breaking the alphabet code will get me the rest of the answers.
