This looks really good to me, and proves my point (in my own mind) yet again that no live action Batman project has managed to reach the heights of the animated work.

Yeah, it's crazy to me how many actual TDKR comic panels I could recognize in the trailer. I am really looking forward to this. Also, I think it's nice that they split it into 2 parts so that they hopefully won't have to cut out much of anything.

I was under the impression that this trailer represented DKR, and then later we will see DKR 2, corresponding to the books. Do you mean to suggest that they actually split DKR into 2 parts?

That could be the case Essie. I'm not 100 % sure, but the impression I got was that they were dividing DKR into 2 parts vs making Dark Knight Strikes Again. Either way, it looks great.
