Adobe flash

No matter what browser i use such as ff13 11 7 etc.
or google/ or ie 8-9 my screen freezes ,
turns white or disappears.Ive tryed the command paste didnt work tryed safe-mode no luck either.

My main problem is adobe keeps crashing even tho ive turned it off and/or upgraded it still same problem.:'(

Try going to Control Panel and select Programs and Features and uninstall Adobe Flash Player.

Then reinstall it.
