Earthbound's not working?

I went online yesterday to play Earthbound it took a few minutes to load and then it said "Error: Game did not load." I tried again today (numerous times) and it still said the same thing. Can it be fixed? I hope so. Lastly this only happens with arcadeOX Full Mode.

Hmm I get this a lot to when I don't close down properly. The Game Mod's will probably know more but for me when I get this I just do a few things. First find your Arcadeox folder. Go into the Snes folder and move out all your safes from the save folder move them to your desktop or somewhere else that is easy to get them back. Next restart your computer. Once your computer has restarted go back into your arcadeox folder and delete your snes folder entirely also delete the Snes winzip folder as well. After try to play Earthbond again it should start up and it should make a new Snes folder and Snes winzip folder in your arcadeox folder. Now close the game and go back to your arcadeox folder and put all your saves back in the save folder and all should be well the next time you play.

I took alohaex's adivce. I moved all my saves to a different folder, deleted my snes folder, restarted my computer, went back on, earthbound was working and it made a new folder and then i moved my saves back

Good to know. So in your first post you said this only happens in Full mode, does that mean it worked in Score or you didn't try it?

It was working in Score, i tried it but gave up after a while since score dosen't have saves

Actually from what I can tell on the mod page it is save enabled in score mode like other RPGs. But I seem to remember hearing that Earthbound has a problem with the emulation that won't allow people to beat the game. Something about the way the game was programmed makes it impossible to fight the last battle or something. I could be thinking of another game(Chrono Trigger?) but I figured I should warn you either way.

I haven't played it since the Snes days but I remember the end parts being difficult. The trippy backgrounds stands out in my memory though, so weird.

In normal reply mode, in the little toolbar with all of the neat functions, there's a white speech bubble that says "SPOIL". Click that and you should end up with this:

[ SPOILER ] [ /SPOILER ]

Which, without spaces, will look like

this.

Actually from what I can tell on the mod page it is save enabled in score mode like other RPGs.
Score Mode has battery saves (saves like a real SNES saves). Full Mode has Battery Saves and Save States (save your exact position whenever you want).

That is only on pirated carts not emulators.

And if the emulator was using the pirated cart, you'd know right away when a big screen telling you pirating is wrong pops up right before the game starts.
