Blue Shoe, I gotta say that it's good to have you back and posting as your reasonable, easy going self.

Everyone else on this list, as well as several others, have formed a community that inspires me to return to this site daily, even when I have no plans to play any games on the visit, and I say it's more than worth it to me even if we all sometimes briefly get wrapped up in what we enjoy as gamers to appreciate the finer points of an other person's appetite for media.

Btw besides not being a real person I don't like Robot votes because Robot is a bad poster. He's the only one I know of who's quadruple posted a topic no one cared about.

Poor Robot. I wouldn't get to worked up about it though. Perhaps the two people who voted for him looked at the list and felt that none of the real people were the best poster. Maybe they liked Sez or someone else so instead of obstaining they voted for Robot.

Its also possible one of them was a casual thread skimmer who has seen some of Robots reviews and felt he puts hard work into his posts and does not post for the sake of posting.

Is there a tiebreaker for this? DN is hoping its not postcount. lol

I wonder if there is a way to allow only members who are not nominees to see the voter names, that way you could relieve some pressure if we do opt to view who voted for who.

Either that, or we just don't throw Robot on the list and this whole affair never comes up. I like the articles it links to, but would it really get away with it's topics if it wasn't created by Retro Uprising?

@Thunderlips- I don't think anyone is getting worked about robot votes. The point is it just sucks that it got votes real people could've got. Next year we'll just prohibit joke candidates.

@DN- As far as I'm aware you can only make polls public or not.

I strongly disagree with public voting. It will lead to people feeling like they can't vote how they want because it might offend someone.

This is how I feel as well, but I was mostly curious if such a system could be developed. Then again, it wouldn't have much use if there are no joke candidates.

@DN The activity thing has been messed up for awhile now, but it's weird that in can actually display 104%, you'd figure whoever programed the function would have just cut it off at 100.

Activity is a measure of how many games you play, how many scores you set, how many first place scores you get, how many games you beat and how many posts you make in the past 30 days.
You are graded on a curve compared to yesterday's winner. Which was Dudebro.
So Dudebro's activity from Dec 23 to Jan 22 is 4% more than his activity from Dec 22 to Jan 21.

To add to what Kong said my percentage is mostly from posting, I hardly play any games unless it's modding or one or two RPGs once in a blue moon. So I beat you guys by sheer force of words!
