All you need to do is-
1- Download the Steam client(it's just the gateway for the games, takes very little of your PC).
2- Sign up for an account, takes a second.
3- Go to the store and click on the "Great Gift Pile" banner.
4- There will be several easy ones - "Make a wishlist", "check your inventory", "Trade with a player" and "Join the Holiday Group". Those are all very easy and don't require any game downloads.
5- There are free to play game achievements that require you to download certain games. The games are easy to remove after.
Spiral Knights is the easiest, make an account, do the tutorial(pick up money in there), start a match with the red crossed swords on the top of the screen and hit another player with a snowball.
Rise of Immortals is a little harder but it can be quick if you know what to do. Make a character, preferably the tree dude, join a 3 vs AI match and just assist people killing boss characters. Tree dude has healing moves and a thorn armor move that makes it easy.
If anyone is interested in more free games I can help with the others after I do them myself.
6- If you have a steam account and don't care about the contest GIVE ME YOUR COAL! Please.
I'm not 100% free accounts can even trade but I wanna try if anyone is willing to help me. If you'd rather hook up one of the other RU members I won't be offended. Anyone who helps me will have my gratitude and any help with items they may need in TF2 or MC or w.e I can help with.
