the arcadeox is really slow does anyone know why? Sometimes it takes hours to get a game to run.

It depends on the file size of the game you're trying to play, or your internet connection

It should never take more than a couple minutes for large games. Is your connection good? Is your PC old? What games have you tried?

That sounds like it would be a problem caused by something on your end. Your computer, your internet connection, that kind of thing.
