Server status for Guardian's server

temporary thread for now to keep everyone updated on the status of the server. We are having intermittent net problems right now. the server itself is stable and running, just connect at your own risk. it may drop you due to net going down. Will report when stability has been regained

Everything seems to be ok now. Net is stable again.

I can't play much lately because my computer randomly decides to give me random fps. Some times it's too much fps, most times it hovers at like 6 or 4 fps. I'll be better when Optifine comes out.

I was on last night for a while, said hello to someone whose name I didn't recognize, then made my obligitory contibution of Creeper craters to the landscape immediately surrounding the spawn area.

I tried to get started but that forest is just too thick with monsters.
So I cut down about 20 trees or so and signed out.

{diet} I forgot to mention that I also saw CHUNK ERRORS!
Didn't bother with screenshots but if anyone's interested I'll grab some next time.

@JG- When I played I just hung out at the spawn building until daytime. Once daytime hit I ran to the coords Tenser provided me, 440 - 90 I think, and then set up shop in the NPC town. You'd probably like that area too since it's more flat and open and populated.

We now have Bukkit. They still don't have a recommended build but the one we have now is stable. Will update everyone as we gain plugins.

Thanks, Guardian. I am going to log on tomorrow, and give it another try. Shouldn't be long before optifine is out, and I'm good to go.

it up now. man no one is ever on anymore :P i might wait abit and come back when were more active. or get more people or something. id love to help get the server going again by organizing events and such.
