I just bought this Saturday. It's kind of dumb that I bought it in November and have to put it straight into storage but I walked in to the Harley shop and seen it and wasn't going to leave without it. Now I'm super excited for spring and wanted to share this for I am all jacked up right now.:clap:

My respect for you has just grown. I'm from a family of Harley-riders, I'll end up riding a Harley at some point in my life, I like motorcycles. It's a nice bike.

Jim makes an excellent point here, but there's a solution: go to a surplus store and buy a Pilot flight suit = they're air tight and will keep you warm as toast.*

However, on a more serious note:
My best friend was injured while riding on the back of a bike {a truck plowed into their leg} and hasn't been the same since.
Please watch for idiots on the road, life - changing accidents are no fun.

Joe, why the name change?
My uncle has been through two or three motorcycle crashes that seriously screwed him up. He's in his fifties, but looks and moves like he's in his seventies. He still rides. He'll never stop.
Of course, he's a hardcore biker-type, you can't get that kind of man off of their bike.

It's a Harley Softail Duece, But very little of it is stock so it kinda gots a look of it's own wich I like.

Really though, there's a few reasons:

JoeGrotowski was a reference to a character in a movie that no one remembers, therefore the name lost its value.
I saw that Dead_Tears had changed their username a while back and I got to thinking it was about time for a change and also it's good for security.

Then there's this: one day while looking to see if any of my posts would show up in a search engine, I was shocked to learn there is a REAL Joe Grotowski, a Doctor in the U.S.
When I learned that it pretty much made the decision to change for me and it was then just a matter of coming up with a new name.

Since I don't visit any other forums I decided I would become RU Joe!
