The only difference between the two are the sprite you face at the final match.

i like wrestling games for ps2 smackdown vs. raw but boxing is only fun with my 10yr old freind (im 13) and just beating his face in. its kinda funny because i use boxing gloves and he likes to use rock em' socc em' gloves the big puffy ones lol (y are my posts always so long?)
