It's definitely communist dolphin ghosts. They're in it for the evulz. They have no goal, they just want you to think there is a conspiracy.

Well, if you are displeased with games appearing out of nowhere, feel free to send them to me.
Wait, I'm missing the cord that connects the N64/SNES to the TV.

Usually sells for about $10.

About the 'mysteriously appearing' games: Katz, are you prone to sleepwalking?
If so, do you live close to any stores that sell videogames?

Other possibilities:

Some games the cat dragged in.
Real thieves stashing their loot at your house so that they don't get caught with it.
You wanted those games so much you manifested them using the power of thought itself.
Aliens. {why not? It's their fault for being so mysterious, really.}

JG, no one wants Cruisn' USA that much.

Cam would want it that much probably. I could see him wasting one of his wishes from a genie on it.

Some do, but Nin TEN don't {like the N64 one bit, that is}

I still like a lot of games for the system myself, but I never played Cruisin' USA.

I know it's standard to the Gamecube, I had one cord that I used for all three, but I sold my Gamecube and the cord with it.
I didn't think much of it, at least not until I felt the need to play Majora's Mask.
