Xbox 360 Controller for PC Problem

My System is the 64 bit Windows 7 from Microsoft. I got moving around (the left controller stick) adjusted just fine; my problem is aiming (using the right contoller stick) it just keeps rotating around and around wildly. Anyone having this problem? Thank You for your time.:dont-know:

You could try hitting tab while in the emulator and going to analog controls and adjust the sensitivity.
