Some people have a ridiculous amount because we have lots of games on the site. But don't be intimidated, most scores can be beaten.

How about any of the Seattle-grunge musicians that didn't take the easy road out of life by blowing their brains out? I cannot admire Kurt Cobain due to that, there is no honor in killing yourself.
Besides, Nirvana was low-tier amongst grunge anyway.

Hendrix is overrated? I've never heard anyone who plays like he did. Admittedly I'm not that into music but I've never heard that claim before. I even have a few die hard guitar playing friends who think he was awesome. What makes him overrated?

Also you're being too harsh on Cobain. He was a good musician and his tragic life should not diminish that. Have some compassion.

I agree Hendrix was awesome but, I don't think he is the greatest in the world.

I've lost too many family members to suicide to feel it is ever a legitimate option for anyone in any situation. It causes too much pain for those who you leave behind.
Furthermore, even before I found out that Cobain killed himself, I never thought of Nirvana as a great band. Other grunge bands far surpassed Nirvana, like Soundgarden.

Soundgarden played here a month or so ago, I was back on the east coast for it, but I get to see Mudhoney in Sept. They are opening for Alice in Chains.

He is the greatest guitarist, period.

Nirvana just didn't do anything for me. It doesn't matter whether they experimented or not, it just didn't sound great to me, and I didn't like the songs. They were too... whiny and preachy at times, two things I am not all that fond of.
The Talking Heads, I agree on, they were awesome.
Jimi Hendrix: high-tier guitarist who played with distortion in such a way it sounded awesome. This earned him infinite fanboys who claim he is the greatest guitarist of all time.
What about Eddie Van Halen, he's better.
Don't forget about Stevie Ray Vaughn.
And not to mention Angus Young.
I'll pretend you didn't call him superior to Eric Clapton because I like you.

It isn't even a stylistic thing, without all of the feedback and distortion, Jimi Hendrix wouldn't sound all that great.
