View Full Version : Battletoads (NES) not working!

i really love this game, so i decided to give it a try
Unfortunatelly, right after stage 3 starts, the game blacks out, and everything stops working, except the music. (Played it in score mode) using FF 5
First i thought it's just some rare error, but than i tried again, and the same thing happened, no warps used...
I would really appreciate it if somebody could fix this.

Edit: Same happens with warp...

Well, here's everything:
1. Yes
2. XP SP3
3. Firefox 5
4. Battletoads (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/game/398/) » Nintendo (http://retrouprising.com/game-menu/nintendo/)
5. ArcadeOX Score
6. Don't know, but i assume it did, because of the scores... I don't think this only happens to me.
7. Right after stage 3 starts, the game blacks out, and everything stops working, except the music.

Maybe i could submit it with F12 if that helps...

Yeah, I can confirm it. Black screen when you get to the point to start the level after the chick talks and they show you the map

OK. I'll take a look at this in a week or two and see if I can fix it then. For now you will need to play in Full Mode or a different game, sorry.
