First of all, thank you for your continued support of Retro Uprising. We would be just a tiny speck in the vast internet without members like you.

Unfortunately, it has been brought to the site mods attention that some of the rules (listed in our FAQ's section (http://retrouprising.com/faq.php)) have been broken and we are partially to blame for the lack of enforcement.

So from here on out (meaning anything posted after this), any post that does not adhere to the rules will be placed under full enforcement of punishment up to and including full banishment from the site.

Please go over the rules in the FAQ's section (http://retrouprising.com/faq.php) as there will be no tolerance for "not knowing". Retro Uprising is a wonderful place, let's help grow RU to be what we know it is, the best site on the internet.

You must know that we can't really discuss specifics about this kind of thing. We wouldn't make a statement like this unless there was a good reason and we agreed with it. But either way it's nothing new. If people continue to follow the rules they will have no problems.

I just realized my post might be seen as kinda rude, let me clarify. We can't discuss specific user issues with the rules but from my understanding the rules about trolling/flaming and going off topic are being largely ignored and that's what prompted this.

We're not trying to turn RU into an ultra strict site but we wanna make sure the rules are enforced consistently. Most users won't even notice a difference because they already follow the rules.
