Whoever is there the most sets the curve at 100% everyone else is measured against that person.

It means you're name is on the online.php page 99% as often as Elrod. I am on it 80% as often.

Also, it is based on the past 21 days and updated once per day.

I think with the new change from tracking activity from 5 minutes to 45 minutes my activity % will go up just because of my surfing style.
