Profile Arcade Stats

Hi, I just checked out my arcade stats on my profile and the number of my 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place scores have gone and instead is says I have 36 farms, It never used to be like that, I'm confused, Is there a reason for this? Thanks.

Previously "farm scores" were scores that we had no way of verifying if they were legit or if there was some form of cheating used.

We now have a way of verifying every score that was set after July of 2010.

So we are removing the whole concept of "farm scores" from the site. This will mean that all high scores will be the real deal and verified that no cheating or other rule breaking was used.

During this process there will be some growing pains, such as your profile stats occasionally being inaccurate and score approval taking a little longer than normal. It should be fully resolved in about a week.

Also about 200 high farm scores will be deleted. All of them will be at least a year old and in games that were previously marked farm.

Next to every score it now says either "Verified" or "Request Score Verification".
If it says "Verified" then that means the score was carefully inspected by a mod and no cheating was used. If you click "Request Score Verification" then a moderator will be alerted to take a closer look at the score. In a day or two the score will either say "Verified" or be deleted.

I was wondering about this myself my stats have been screwed up for quite a while itself thanks for explaining Kong. Dudebro also helped me with this so I want to say thanks to him as well

Thanks for the positive comments Ashums. It's nice to hear positive feedback from members about the efforts being put in by the RU mods. Ultimately, it's all about making RU a better place for the many members who enjoy legitimate competitive gaming.
